This is the first week of our Family Traditions Unit. We will be talking about holidays and family traditions that we celebrate in our homes. We will read books about traditions such as birthday parties, Diwali, Thanksgiving, and Sunday feasts, and we will read about different kinds of families; some who have siblings, some who are only children or have new babies, and/or pets.
