We are finishing up our last week of our All About Me and Back to School unit. We have one more week of assessment work, and then we can start planning academics tailored to our students needs. Letters will be going home this week about our Back To School Night. Our Back To School Night is Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 at 6:30pm. Please note that this night is designated for parents and guardians, so children cannot attend. Due to confidentiality issues, I cannot discuss any individual child's progress, however if you would like to talk further you can set up a separate time to meet with me. Monday- Sorting four groups of colors using stickers on paper
Tuesday- Copying lines and shapes
Wednesday- Story to self connections, "If I take a Mouse to school..." draw and write
Thursday- Dot Marker letter match
Friday- Blueberry Muffin collage
Choice Time Activities
Rug- Dollhouses
Red Table- Chicka Chicka Boom Boom magnet letter matching
Blue Table- Using tweezers to pick up and drop pompoms
Green Table- iPads
Block Area- Small cube blocks
Sensory Table- Practicing with scissors to make "sensory salad"
Yellow Table- Sensory bags, sorting by attribute
Dramatic Play- Kitchen
